Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

You have the right to request a return, refund, or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
